**************** was great as far as his knowledge of finance and his communication skills are outstanding for a young adult. I am a small details and a numbers type of person. I caught an error they did not , which was an additional $1200 out of my pocket. The only other issue I had is that their Closing Disclosure Estimate should reflect the payoff of what ever the loan is paying off to the last day of the ending of the rate lock. The process was very smooth and fast. over the past year I have done a refi on other properties I own. Omaha was the easiest to deal with by FAR. the costs were much better. I did not see any fluff charges. This is the only company I did not argue about a charge.
