My wife and I refinanced with mutual of Omaha and were very pleased with the whole process. They gave us a list of the documents needed to process the loan and emailed us the link to their internet portal. The online portal was simple to access and use. It was quick and easy to upload the required documents. Additionally, the closing was completed at our own home.The rates where the best , the service was excellent and the loan was funded in about 3 weeks. By far the easiest mortgage we have ever obtained.
The customer service is outstanding and the process was really easy. Great rates and costs to close. Our loan office, *********************, was terrific and always there to answer our questions. I'd highly recommend that you speak with Mutual of Omaha before selecting any other lender.
