Atmosphere was FABULOUS - food was fine but pass on the "home made' chips - they were tasteless- I think incredibly stale. But the waiters were terrific & it felt like we had gone back in time. We went because we areBIG fans of Michal Connelly's novels of LAPD character Harry Bosch - our waiter had never even heard of him! Funny ....... So glad we went - fun experience. Parking was great .....validated so it was a mere $3.
Old Hollywood with great food! I had the lobster and short rib ravioli in a wine reduction sauce. Fantastic! Wait staff and host are friendly and efficient without hovering.
Make sure you get Rafi the bartender! He's the best!

An exquisite lunch experience yesterday, July 8th, 2017. Two Buddies & me flew to BUR Airport from SJC and returned later in the afternoon. Sole purpose of our trip was to have a fine lunch at this establishment. And a fine lunch it was indeed. We each had 2 courses and a couple of Martinis each. I had a Dungeness Crab Cocktail, Fried Jumbo (huge!) Oysters & 2 Tanqueray Martinis. Service from our Waiter, Bert, was superb, the food was delicious, atmosphere great and ambiance perfect.
