We are a premium facility with 2 gym locations - Dapto and Worrigee. Muscle FX has plenty of pinloaded equipment, cardio, plate-loaded machines, deadlift areas, squat rigs and stations as well as heavy free weights up to 60kg. We also have a range of classes, competitions and member facilities to take advantage of.

Is a good gym. However I have visited them several times to cancel my membership and called whilst standing out the front but no one has answered me. I’ve now moved interstate and still can’t get in contact with anyone to cancel my membership!!
best gym in dapto, friendly members and staff, the owner is so approachable.
Worst and most unfriendly gym I’ve ever been too, tried to talk to the owner about a few concerns and complaints at the request of other staff members and that was an even worst experience then dealing with the employees, she was so hard to talk to, kept cutting myself off and another member without listening to our concerns. One of the worst and unprofessional people I’ve ever delt with, nearly abusive behaviour.
Well priced and always friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of machines and can usually have the machine you want without too much of a wait.
