Dr Murray and his staff made my procedure as comfortable as I could imagine. Dr. Murray and his staff had great attitudes and put me at ease before the procedure. Because they were so efficient they got me out the door - with a nice recovery time - much earlier than expected. Glad to say my experience was better than expected.
I called 10 DAYS ago to make an appt with Dr. Murray. I was asked by the girl what was wrong and she told me I needed to fax over my records so that Dr. Murray could 'review' them before she could schedule an appt. She also informed me that it would be at least March before I could get an appt. So I sent my records over for 'review' that day. Dr. Murray is very knowledgeable and his practice is very friendly. He takes time to answer all your questions. He is a true Texan. Great doctor.
Dr Murray was quick to get me in for consult when other doctor offices were 6-8 week wait times. He is compassionate and thorough. He actively listens to the patient and examines the patient hands on, which is part of a good assessment and is often skipped over by busy doctors. Once he determined the possible causes of my distress he was proactive to get me on the procedure schedule asap. As far as colonoscopies go, this one was very easy. It was over before I knew what was going on. I woke up in less than 15 minutes and was totally ready to get up and go. The staff were amazing! Dr. Murray is a great doctor and I an happy to have him as my doctor.
Dr. Murray is professional and cordial. He explained next steps and recommended care of my medical issue.
Dr Murray is down to earth and takes his time to fully explain your medical issues in a clear and consise way. He is open and honest in guiding you in your options so you can feel confident in the decisions you make regarding any treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Murray.
My first visit to Dr. Murray was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation of my situation. I couldn't recommend him more. I truly feel that I'll benefit from seeing him as my GI Doctor.
