I had the most horrible experience with the staff at Gold's Gym North tonight in Murfreesboro, TN. The young lady was acting totally clueless when I asked her questions about my account. Then she tried to act totally clueless when she made the mistake. Before I left the gym, she explained how she would credit my account for the inconvenience.
