I had never done hot yoga before using the free pass class for a power class. I'm still learning but since joining Golds Hot Yoga every instructor has been so warm and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone!
I just experienced my first class and truly enjoyed it. Dawn is very good at explaining each pose and how to work into proper alignment. I can't wait until the next class!
