Superb gym and great body pump classes in Tuesday’s and Saturdays.
I love this gym! It's an all around great facility! From free weights to group fitness to the cardio cinema, there is something for everyone!!!

Really like my gym. My favorite classes are with Martha, Turbo Kick and Kickboxing. Really works out the legs; not just cardio. I totally recommend these classes.

Very unorganized! Half the machines are broken! Broken plates! Not a welcoming environment for new people!
RecommendedGold's Gym makes people of all sizes, ages, and abilities feel accepted. They have an amazing facility and phenomenal personal trainers.
RecommendedIn my opinion it's better than planet fitness cause they have a variety of machines, bench, squat racks.
