Everybody is kind and professional.
Dr. Murdock and his staff are extremely professional. Dr. Murdock knows his field well. He is also very savvy with new procedures. He explains things well and seems generally concerned for his patients best interest. His staff is equally professional, well trained and friendly. Dr. Murdoch was refered to me by Billings Oral Surgery.
As someone with severe anxiety regarding dental offices/procedures, I would highly recommend Dr. Murdock and his staff.
The staff of the Murdock Family Dentistry is always so polite and knowledgeable. They make you feel like they really care about you and what you have to have done. I would not travel from northeast MT to Billings if I did not have complete faith in Dr. Murdock and his staff.

Remember when you were young? The Doctor knew your name, and so did your Dentist. Going to Dr Murdock is like it used to be. When people cared about you as a person. It's a step back in time....except, Dr. Murdock, and his entire staff have the top of line equipment, and technology. AND guess what, they care about YOU !
EVERY ONE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND INFORMATIVE.
I was seen in record time! I called late Monday and my appointment was made for Tuesday the next day. Front desk presentation and professionalism was excellent! Hygienist was thorough, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Murdock took the time to greet me and talk with me. I didn't feel like a new patient at all, best dental experience I've ever had! Thanks!!
