Staff are always friendly and competent.
I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. I was welcomed, and Dr Murdock helped me create a dental plan that works for me, his staff explained things so well. I went in for one thing and was having a problem so they just taylored there morning to my needs. His work is truly amazing and i'm just so happy with the whole staff. I will be taking my whole family there as well!

My dentist moved away and I needed a dentist because my teeth were wearing out. I found Murdock Family Dentistry through a friend. Dr. Murdock is no ordinary dentist, his is a PERFECTIONIST. After Multiple photos and impressions I was given a new smile. My smile looks like I’m back in my twenties. The name, Family, is perfect because the staff cares. Don’t waste your time going to the Westend. You won’t find a more qualified dentist or team in Billings.

My child was beyond terrified of getting a filling. Dr Murdock is known for “giving painless shots”. I actually switched dentists just, so I could have Murdock and staff work with my son on this issue. After the procedure, my son exclaimed “that was awesome!” He was intrigued by all the cool instruments and strawberry scented nitrous oxide. Now my son has no fear going to dentist. Great experience!
I'm very picky on customer service and this dental office exceeds expectations. Front office all the way up to the Dr. they are very kind and listen to you! Would recommend big time!
