For the second time in 3 weeks (Book of Mormon last night, and Bill Maher a few weeks ago), I attended a show at the Murat when the air conditioning was not functioning. Either get this under control, or refund money... it is simply NOT enjoyable to see a show in your venue at this time...
Normally this is a nice place to see a play. However, it's been nearly three weeks since the A/C went out and it's still not fixed. It was hot and miserable inside during the opening night of Book of Mormon. I won't be going back there until that is fixed.

Hey Erik, unfortunately yesterday evening one of our two A/C compressors on the theatre roof failed. While we did have a supplemental plan in place, obviously that failed as well. Those that have attended multiple events here at the ONC should know this is not standard operating procedure. We would like to bring you back for another event. "Please turn on some air conditioning at the opening of Book of Mormon. Feels like Hades in here!." That was my comment over a year ago because of a mechanical situation in the building. Through the graciousness of Old National (and One Nation) I'm back to give this venue a glowing review. From the time we arrived to when we walked out the door, the facility and show were exceptional and extremely comfortable. Worst place ever to go to a concert! I will be telling everyone I know to not go there! I went to a concert and was kicked out of my seat. The seat which was bought and paid for. Apparently they double book seats sometimes. Or so I was told. They offered me another seat which was in a much worse location where I couldn't see anything. So at this point I was over it and called my ride. So I missed almost half of the concert. I tried to contact them repeatedly over this issue and no one ever returned my calls or messages.
