Absolutely amazing place!!
Saw BVB here 11/14. Special 16th birthday gift for my great niece as well as did VIP for meet and greet to give the girls (niece, great niece, daughter) a wonderful time to remember for the rest of their lives. First time ever to go to a concert for these three. In short....... it sucked. The bands were great (hence, the one and only star). After driving there (1.5 hours) to be at the meet @ 4:30pm and trying to figure out where the reserved parking was (no signs up yet!), we just parked in the parking lot across the street.... read more

I bought tickets from Ticketmaster to the Chicago Theatre Mraz concert. When I went to print my tickets, I saw that Ticketmaster sold me tickets to Murat Theatre instead. Ticketmaster refuses to refund my money because the artist has already been paid and the concert promoter will not give me my money back. Horrible customer service.
I love me some theater shows. Need more big jam bands please. Or maybe a Primus show. TAB, SCI, Tedeski Trucks.
A couple of friends and I were at the Murat the same night as the Bill Maher show and out was ungodly hot in the Egyptian room,and not just talking about the chippendales either......they needed to get the ac fixed
