The staff, Diane, so unprofessional when I tried to make an appointment. I was a patient of the brother, Joseph, years ago. She refused to allow me to book an appointment with Dr. Raymond because Dr. Joseph left the practice on bad terms. So extremely unprofessional !! My family have seen both doctors for years.
I had a great experience especially with his secretary Cindy was awesome it’s too bad he left patients hanging with appointments without notifying patients to be able to get an appointment with another foot dr. I am sure he knew he wouldn’t be here in September. He lost my respect totally!! 🥲
I don't often post reviews, but I want to help counteract some of the negative ratings on here. My 11-year-old daughter was very anxious about her foot pain, and Dr. Murano was wonderful with her—and with me. We had a very positive and supportive experience from beginning to end, including all the administrative pieces around scheduling and insurance. We're very grateful!
2 years ago: Dr. Murano was amazing! Unfortunately, I cannot complement the receptionist named Jamie. She unreasonably cancel my father’s appointment and refused the referral from his primary care physician even though he has seen Dr. Murano in the past. Even his PCP’s office reached out to them, she neglected to hear what anybody had to say.
