Extremely nice staff. Friendly and didn’t make me take unnecessary test just to charge me money. Talked me through what was going on in a way I could easily understand.
Brought my boy in for strep. They said it wasn't strep. We insisted on a strep test. It came back positive. Seriously question the competence of the medical staff. Also, for them to see a 9-year old boy it cost close to $500. We called to argue the bill but they don't care. Basically told us too bad. Consider other options before you take a family member there.
I used Munsen Urgent Care over a year and a half ago. Even though I am and was insured through TCAPS, due to a clerical error on their part they billed my insurance incorrectly. I've called my insurance and Munsen multiple times over the course of the year and even though both acknowledge that my insurance was good and should have covered the visit, the situation has not been resolved. I love taking my kids here. The doctors are friendly and really listen to you. The nurses are INCREDIBLE. They have snacks and juice boxes for little ones and will help hang out with them if another child needs an X-ray! The intake staff are amazing as well!
This was my second visit to this urgent care. They got me right in fairly quickly and had me diagnosed within a couple hours both times. Friendly nurses, PA's, and doctors. This time was for the flu that's going around. So happy I went. I would rather go here than sit in Munson ER which SUCKS! Thank you Urgent Care.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. This place blows shitty staff and terrible care.
I went in for a cold and because I needed a refill on a prescription. They would not give me the prescription even though I had thorough documentation that it was legit. They have a "policy." Well your policy sucks and I pray that you reap what you sow. I don't appreciate being treated like a junkie when it's obvious that I am not one. Where have all the good doctors gone?
