Never in my life have I been more angry... I took my 7 month old daughter here on Friday 1/17/20 with a nasty cough and fever... doctor said it was not RSV (without even testing for it) and that she also did not have an ear infection so to just give her tylenol and use a nasal aspirator to clear her nose before eating and bed which we have been doing. Today, Sunday 1/19/20 she is no better so we brought her to Munson Emergency Room and they immediately tested for RSV... which came back POSITIVE :( and also found out she also... read more

Lobby area is newly renovated. No information desk in sight. Poor signage. Waited in line for a half an hour to ask a question about where to go to have blood drawn. The “urgent care” receptionist was snippy, offered poor excuses for the wait. Urgent Care needs to MARK your information desk clearly, and have it STAFFED during business hours. We left. We will not be returning. Going to Bayside docs from now on. Munson Urgent care is no longer urgent. The service was much more efficient before the remodeling.
The urgent care can do better by not conspiring with Neck and Spine making me have to call TCPD to make a report of false accusations and conspiracy to cover the Neck and Spine pain clinic for over prescribing! For 20+ yrs they prescribed 360 MGs of Oxycontin until my new insurance refused to cover such a dosage! I was never detoxed. They said my detox prescription had already been mailed, after I drove 180 miles, every other months. I've never been better since I detoxed and no longer take any opiates. two vists in the same day for a sore throat, 2 different diagnoses, 4rxs, and still no relief
Recommendedthis was my first time here. I went in after 30 hours of not being able to keep fluids down, dehydrated and miserable. they got me right in so I could lay down and ease the nausea. the staff were all super friendly and on top of things. they made sure I was feeling better, hydrated and able to hold liquid and crackers down. I would highly reccomend them.
I went to urgent care on Saturday for leg pain and swelling. I spent 10 minutes with a nurse practitioner. 10 minutes of stretching and questions, she told me I strained my groin. Sunday my leg felt hot and was a dusty pink. I went to munson emergency room and I had an extensive DVT (blood clot) that ran in a main artery right under my heart and all the way down my leg. A small piece of clot made it into my lungs. I was admitted into munson medical center. I received great care. I could have died at any time had a main arter... read more
Very good service and very prompt! We didn’t have to sit around very long, to be seen.
The wait time here is unreal� I’ve never come here and gotten in w out waiting hours!
