Our dentist and team welcome patients from around the area, including Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, West Lake, Trophy Club and North Richland Hills. We have skilled, friendly and polite team members who are well trained and dedicated to having an excellent chairside presence and outstanding customer service. We offer blankets, pillows, free WiFi and extended hours on Wednesdays, and we pride ourselves on the attention we pay to you as a person when it comes to your dental care. We take the time to not only get to know your dental needs but to get to know you as well.

Dental technician Tisa is so professional and expert at teeth cleaning. It is such a relaxing experience that I almost forget that I am in the dentist chair. Dental Appointment On April 4, 2018 My first visit was WONDEFUL !!! The staff was friendly and very personable. The hygienist ( Brandi ) that clean my teeth was really sweet and very gentle. It was best cleaning I've had in years. Even though I'm very nervous about going to any dentist I think Dr. Shafer will be a trustworthy dentist for my dental care.

Miraculous! My history as a PETRIFIED dental patient is nothing short of legendary! The white-knuckle grip on the chair, even coming close to fainting if a sensitive spot was touched. Enter Shafer Dental - gentle, kind, patient - FABULOUS technology - did I mention gentle? After only 3 visits, I can lie in the chair without dread or drama - I can't say enough about this office and their team! Staff is super professional, efficient, on-time and welcoming. You must go!
