Our dentist and team welcome patients from around the area, including Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, West Lake, Trophy Club and North Richland Hills. We have skilled, friendly and polite team members who are well trained and dedicated to having an excellent chairside presence and outstanding customer service. We offer blankets, pillows, free WiFi and extended hours on Wednesdays, and we pride ourselves on the attention we pay to you as a person when it comes to your dental care. We take the time to not only get to know your dental needs but to get to know you as well.

In and Out in No Time with No Pain I have been going to Shafer Dental for years. Many reasons: Their office staff is outstanding. Always super friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when I need some clarification on a bill, rescheduling an appointment, or anything about which I might have a question. The dental hygienists are wonderful! Every experience I have had from cleanings to crowns to replacing amalgam fillings to filling a cavity has been completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. One time I had to go back three times to get my "bite" corrected after a crown because it just didn't feel right. Dr. Shafer assumed full responsibility and worked and worked until it was perfect -- and that is no reflection on his abilities as a top-notch dentist - getting your teeth all aligned after something like that isn't easy, especially with a crossbite like I have. I didn't mind the return visits. What counted was he fixed it! On top of that, Dr. Shafer is very friendly, calming, caring, and puts the patient at ease. The whole place is just awesome!

Finally a great dentist! After years of bad Dental experiences, I finally found a great dentist with fabulous office staff, who really care about my health and well-being! Dr Shafer is very personable, knowledgeable, and explains everything completely, working with you on comprehensive lifetime Dental Care! He has corrected extensive bad Dentistry which I have endured from the past, and set forth for me a lifetime plan to help me keep my own teeth forever!
