Absolutely great service from beginning to end. Anytime anyone ask if I know a good dentist I send them to Dr. Shafer! Thank you for everything you do.
Shafer Dental was able to quickly verify my insurance information, as a new patient, and inform me ahead of my appointment if I would be responsible for any charges. Very helpful and pleasant staff!
