I loved how I could easily schedule my appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that when I showed up, I didn't have to wait in a full lobby. I was the only one there, it was awesome! Dina, the medical concierge and Dr. Macleod were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. In and out in less than an hour. I will definitely never go anywhere else for urgent care in the future.
I came in today for a sore throat and ear pain, there was no one waiting and the staff was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out of there with a strep throat diagnosis in 30 minutes. Indigo is a great addition to our community.
Great, fast, friendly service. Saw Dr Aledo. Couldn't get an appointment with my regular pcm. Madigan referred me here. (Tricare Prime). In and out in 30 minutes and booked an appointment online.
Today I took my daughters to this place.The person who was working up at the front desk was very rude.
If you have to go to an urgent care clinic, this is certainly what you want it to be like. Friendly and prompt staff. My son was treated for a fracture in his wrist. We went in around 5:30 on Sunday and we're back home and eating dinner with the family by 7:20. I hope we never have to visit this place again but if we have another Urgent Care situation this is where we will go!
What a nice surprise! The staff is great, the facility is gorgeous, quick service, and close to home. It doesn't get better than that! They even offered water or coffee doing the wait �
Fantastic service, all of the staff that helped us were kind and kept the situation light and fun. Very competent and capable, and we were in and out rather quickly for an urgent care clinic. If we need such services again we will definitely be going back!
