RecommendedI have been seen here (referred to ER for a serious condition requiring admission and surgery), brought my elderly mother, and my teenager. Highly recommended for local urgent care needs. I wish there were more MultiCare services in Thurston County, their system is thorough and professional. Thank you for taking care of me again yesterday!

They need to LISTEN. When a patient says they have an allergy to something, trust that patient to know their body. Don't prescribe them something just because you don't want to do the leg work for an alternative. Not only am I stuck with the co-pay and the cost of the medication that I was highly allergic to, but I will also have to pay for the medical bill to treat my allergic reaction along with the extra days of work I missed do to this situation. I'm here now for a really bad tooth ack I have for 2 weeks but now I have to miss work and cant sleep so I cam in just to be treated like I'm here to try and get pain pills never had a problem here when me or my kids came in for what ever but today right off the bat I get told no pain pills um ok I dont take them I cant but to be treat this way is just rude and the ladys at the front dest took a phone call as I was stating there checking me just talking it up did i miss somthing today that this urgent care is not working the... read more
