RecommendedAll members in my family have been aside me (lack of getting sick). I went for the first time. I live a bit away and worried if I would make the appointment. We set it and flew out the door. We made it and they were so friendly. CLEAN!!! So clean. Great with babies. I have nothing negative to say. Driving there plus appointment and home less than two hours. Way better than an ER. More appropriate for the diagnosis.
They were fast and kind. The place was clean and organized.
Glad I took my son here. They were able to immediately detect he has pneumonia and gave appropriate care and medication. The staff was very friendly, professional and compassionate. The facility was clean and orderly. The doctors and staff were competent. I’m thankful this is an in-network facility for Tricare.
I was not able to get in to be be seen by my regular doctors office so I decided to come here and wow I must say this is by far one of the best urgent care clinics I’ve been too. The staff was very kind from the moment I walked in. Short wait time to be seen, but with that said, I don’t think it was as busy when I walked in. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. McLeod was wonderful! Very friendly and courteous staff. Very thankful to have them available on a Sunday. I know you can never really predict how long you will wait when you go to an urgent care clinic, but we were there just over an hour from start to finish. I will definitely go back if I ever need them again.
I had a good experience they we fast friendly and did a great job caring for my son and giving us good information. .
I’d just like to say thank you for the personalized care and welcoming staff. They have ready access to our medical history so nothing is overlooked. When I can’t get to our doctor, this is where we go. And who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate while you wait :)
Sitting here as I type this. Had my son an appointment at 4... welp it's now 5 and still waiting. Because there were people here before him he was pushed to the bottom of the list although I got here at 330 to be sure we would be on time. But yet they tell someone who has an appointment at 5 to come back at 5 and they will be seen right away. How horrible is this. Worst experience and won't be coming back. And plus the costumer service at the front is horrible. So rude.
