My ER Dr. Shaw, was amazing,my RN was super patient with me,my medical assistant was really nice and the entire staff that was in charge of my care while I was a patient, were amazing. Super nice and all acted concerned about my health,well-being and comfort. I will recommend this place, but they are SUPER busy and wait times can be long, but the wait is so worth it.

Wonderful middle of the night ED care for my daughter experiencing respiratory distress from croup. She said it best, “I was scared and couldn’t breathe and I goed to there and they were nice and helped me feel better.”

Please do Not tell patients that that they aren't important.. and make sure all your patients are comfortable. Which was not done I walked out of the ICU 10 mins ago..if wanted to stay and pain and not sleep and just die.. hell at least i had a bong and my cat.... please visit mortuary before visiting this place.. worst place ever.

Literally the worst! They will take back people with a small burn before someone who is faint and in obvious distress. They do not know how to triage appropriately at all. They tell you if you get worse tell the front desk so you do that and they just give you excuses. What’s the point?!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Kenneth William Sheil, PA-C took one look at me and got me in a room for immediate triage. He explained how serious my condition was and called ahead to advise G.S. ER that I was inbound. The ER staff were quick, efficient and had a sense of humor which provided a great distraction for me. Patrick Holland, MD quickly diagnosed me, devised a treatment pla... read more

Why is Good Samaritan so mean-spirited that they have to block off their parking lot on the 4th of July? Think of the good PR you would have if you were a little bit more community-minded and made that available. It is absolutely the perfect spot to watch fireworks. More like Bad Samaritan.
