How slow the emergency room is. It’s quite Ridiculous that it takes over 5-6 hours to wait/ seen. Any other hospital is better! This hospital is definitely a thumbs down 👎🏻
RecommendedMy experience here was great. All the staff were easy to work with and answered all my questions. Which is a lot when your to be a first time mom. Everyone took awesome care of my husband, me and my new baby boy. I would recommend Good Sam to anyone.
I called to contact my mother in the ICU and was on hold for 10 minutes only to be cut off without even speaking to 1 person. VERY Unprofessional.

Compassionate, thoughtful and amazing care for an 18 year old with special needs. Most trauma-free anesthesia procedure she has ever had! Amazing Nurses and Doctors. We were blessed to be in their care.
The staff are fast, amazing and super helpful! I have had to go twice in the last year and both times Good Samaritan Hospital went over and beyond to make me comfortable and on my way to feeling better.
I’ve never waited more then 20 minutes to get pulled back and they always take top priority in my eyes to take care of me
Never again will we go there willingly!! My 83 yo father was hospitalized for almost the first time in his life on August 30. He spent 3 days there. He was re-admitted 10/7/19 & was treated HORRIBLY! Nearly 20 hours on a gurney, before being assigned a room. If you’re a Medicare patient, forget about it!
