Have back issues and was put in a bed with a very worn out mattress, when I complained I was told they had new mattresses ordered! Food trays where left in my room from breakfast until after dinner service piled up on the sink. Was set in a chair and left for three hours with no call button, unable to get attention to us the bathroom. The nurses where generally friendly but obviously under staffed!

The star rating is disingenuous since Facebook doesn't allow star ratings anymore. If they still allowed it, this place would be a 1 star, and that would be generous. Horrendous parking. Rude staff (if anyone actually answers the phone). Zero compassion (having seen it in person in the ER when a patient who was in a car accident was made to walk to an er room before being wheeled back to the operating room on a bed).

I don't know what kind of hospital doesn't want to help their patients. All they do is shoot you up with drugs. I came in cause I had a disc slip AGAIN and they didn't wanna do any scans to see if I needed surgery. Its affecting my legs and I'm not able to walk very well. I didn't come here looking for drugs, I came here to get answers.

I see Good Samaritan Hospital getting bad reviews all the time. Which I don’t understand because I’ve always received amazing care here. Well, this morning I entered the Emergency Room in extreme pain and received nothing but the best care. Everyone was so nice and made me feel very cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if I needed to. Thank you Good Samaritan Hospital for your excellent care!!

Every time I take my wife with a serious illness, we have to wait several hours. People who walk in well after we did get triaged/processed long before a nurse looks at her. I know things can happen, but it seems like nothing is consistent with when patients get seen in a timely manner. The community deserves better than this.
