My experience at Good Sam was wonderful except for the fact that the labor and delivery waiting room was ridiculously cold the entire night the temperature was probably about 60 degrees....it would have been nice if it wasn't so cold my entire family was huddled under blankets all night!
I had surgery Wednesday on my back everybody was so kind I didn't have one bad nurse one bad helper everybody was absolutely amazing I was so impressed. I was supposed to go home after surgery but I was so sick they decided to admit me and my nurse in the surgery center was so patient and so loving and kind and looking out for my best no matter what time she got off that made her late she didn't care. Considering I was there for surgery it was still a good experience
As a first timer entering this hospital. The people/staff were awesome, great service, they response so fast, quickly get reaults, nurses, and doctor's are so reliable, the staff were very efficient and caring, free wifi and mostly the food is delicious....I am so loving it! It is way different of where I'm from. No competition at all! Good Sam is the best! :-) :-) :-)
Today I just came by for a quick lab test, however, the ladies at the front desk when you come in, admission and then all the lab technicians, are very friendly, make you fell comfortable and always have a smile on their faces. Thanks for what you do everyday !!
All I can say is that everything went well, staff was very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered fully and my comfort needs were provided with a smile. This was my first time at Good Sam and would not hesitate to go back.
This was the first visit of many that I walked away thinking how wonderful the staff was. Nurses were awesome, Doc was super kind and wonderful. It was a very busy Sunday and yes it took us about 5 hours from start to end (ugh) but we know that can't be helped.
From check in through check out, the staff was wonderful. They were very quick, efficient and caring. I went in with a 103 temp that I had over a 24 hour period and didn't know if my battle with breast cancer had anything to do with this. After X-rays & blood work thankfully anything to serious was eliminated. Turned out I was their official first case of the flu for the year. Doc says it's a sign for a bad year to come for the flu given it's only August. Thank you Good Sam and all who work so hard for all us sickies.
