I was in for a hysterectomy, and had to be in at 5:30 am. I was emotional and anxious about having the procedure done. Everyone from the front reception, to the prep, operating room, recovery room, and to the medical assistant that wheeled me out the door, was kind and professional. Thank you to the entire staff.
They took very good care of me yesterday. I even got coffee when I woke up from my procedure.

Worst 3rd world healthcare ever! 7 hours in the ER! Really? Why don't you train your staff to be honest with people on your wait times? Could've been to Harborview and back faster if your staff was honest about the wait time. Dirty and disgusting. Not enough seats. People's puke bowls laying all over. Disgusting! You should be embarrassed!

I would have given them a 5 star if if wasn't for the 2 Crisis counselors.... We were seen immediately for my daughter to start getting assessed, the technician, nurse, cna, doctors and one on one staff were amazing. Friendly, answered questions as well and as thorough as they could, made us all comfortable including their patient our daughter. We went to the ER a few nights ago my daughter in law is in the early stage of pregnancy and started bleeding vaginally. The staff was great but we got there just after 9 pm and checked in just after 10pm had to wait until after 12:30 to get a room and see the Dr the wait was crazy long. All we had done was a ultrasound and a pelvic check and a few fluids and didn't get discharged till after 3:30am.
