We took my son here last night due to him having trouble breathing. He was seen immediately in the er. His oxygen levels were low so we stayed in the pediatric unit over night. Every nurse and doctor we had was amazing and very nice! I Have never had an issue with this hospital!

My sister in law is receiving excellent care from the nurses and physicians at Good Samaritan. She came in with 10/10 pain and they have managed her pain. They have tried different options. Last option is surgery. Visitors are welcomed everywhere throughout the hospital.

In the ER -The staff were great ... Very attentive and compassionate and funny trying to make jokes and laugh along with us in a scary and stressful situation... I went I. Through ER was admitted and everything went downhill from there. The nurses could not speak English and we're rude. I was glad to leave the next day.

The ER staff were so awesome. Even though having a bad virus with a chronic cough and acute sore throat is a very minor thing for an ER, they treated my issue as most important and made me feel well cared for. Even the 24 hour pharmacy staff were amazing and very friendly. Best ER experience ever!

WOW, I can not say enough about the experience we have had here in the ER. You can feel and hear the teamwork amongst them, always offering to help each other in anyway possible. And it shows in their patient care, they go out of their way to make the experience comfortable. One Nurse was walking through the over packed hallway due to a busy night offering coffe to patients and loved ones, and despite the craziness they did not make us feel rushed one bit. They not only validated my husbands concerns, but they took the time ... read more
