RecommendedMy daughter had her tonsils removed here and it was a very pleasant experience. with her being in Kindergarten and only 6 I was very nervous having them take her back without me but the nurses were absolutely wonderful and took such good care of my baby. We were by her side as she came out of anesthesia and she had a very difficult time, but they warned us prior that children have a tough time waking up not feeling good and had prepared us well for what was to come. How slow the emergency room is. It’s quite Ridiculous that it takes over 5-6 hours to wait/ seen. Any other hospital is better! This hospital is definitely a thumbs down 👎🏻

RecommendedMy experience here was great. All the staff were easy to work with and answered all my questions. Which is a lot when your to be a first time mom. Everyone took awesome care of my husband, me and my new baby boy. I would recommend Good Sam to anyone.

I called to contact my mother in the ICU and was on hold for 10 minutes only to be cut off without even speaking to 1 person. VERY Unprofessional.
