Dishonest and lack integrity. Looking to purchase 2020 MDX that I made appt and test drove - asked if I could put deposit down as husband couldn’t come immediately as live 45 min away- they said no they don’t do deposits but George promised at least 3 times that I had first right of refusal. After being at his desk for a couple hours and my husband was only 15 min away - George tells me the car is sold. I thought he was being funny- not funny. This is the third vehicle I bought from Muller Woodfield Acura. My salesman John Mavraganis made the entire process easy and painless. He was a pleasure to do business with. For what their slogan purports, I am actually quite disappointed. After corresponding with George multiple times I was told that the car I was interested in was in inspection and I would be updated as soon as it was out to begin the process of purchasing it. I never received that call, instead getting one the next morning saying that 30 minutes after our last call the car was not only out of inspection but bought outright by a walk in.
