Average dealership…nothing out of the world. They do not negotiate much and low trade in value offered. I bought a $40,000 SUV and they couldnt keep their promise for on a $20 part!! They only love you till the sale is final, after that all promises are voided.

My family had a great experience working with Lance! He was extremely helpful while also being very low pressure and transparent. His supporting team from his sales Manager Matt to the finance manager were also super friendly and straightforward to work with. Lance was such a pleasure to work with! In all my years of car buying/leasing experience this is by far the most pleasurable one I have ever had. My lease had ended on my 2019 ILX and it became a bit complicated. The first Acura dealer basically turned me away because Acura is not making any more IlX’s so I was lucky enough to find Lance.
