I bought a used 2021 Kia Soul from Woodfield Acura. John Mavraganis was my sales rep and could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. I had an awful experience the day before at a different dealership that wasted 4 hours of my time. The contrast at Woodfield Acura was very welcome. From appointment start to getting the keys to my new car took less than 2 hours. That’s a record in my experience.
