Smooth transaction - highly recommended! Purchased a 2025 MDX and I was in/out of the dealership within the hour. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.
His attitude was weird after took car back on there mistakes but I will be back I always take cars there they broke something in our cars and he was mad at us yall broke it fix it if we break it we fix it I will always come here been for years but don't shugg us off saying we didn't touch it then turn around and say oh we did touch it because I was upset
I am so impressed with the staff at Columbus Acura. Tyler went out of his way to bring the car to us and go over it from head to toe and thoroughly explained each of the details. Once we cane to an agreement he had their finance guy get all the paperwork ready so u just had to stop in and sign making it super quick. Francesco is the person I initially started working with and he as well as the management staff were extremely attentive and responsive!
Great friendly staff willing to help you out. No matter what, I would recommend ten out of ten definitely
