Everyone in the company, Elite Acura, was professional and courtesy. Some stand out were, Kevin, my service advisor was excellent. Even when the department was short handed and busy, he demonstrated patience and accuracy. Scott, the agent who sold me the MDX, 18 months ago, recognized me and found time to talk to me, and ask how the car experience was, and even offered my wife and I pizza. Shoutout to Mike at Acura Columbus—he wasn’t part of the sales process, but after I bought my car, he took time out of his day to help me with a small issue I had with a sticker. He grabbed some tools and took care of it right away, all with a smile. That’s truly exceptional service and really left a great impression!

Pete was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the work that was done and the cost. Pricing was known upfront and Pete was honest about services that needed immediate attention vs what could wait. I will absolutely be bringing my RDX back to Elite for service in the future.

They do good work on the car, and communication is excellent. The service department is very professional. The only complaint I have is they charge a 3% premium if you pay via credit card, which I feel is unbecoming of a high end car dealer.
