I just bought a 2016 Acura RDX on Saturday. I've been working on setting everything up and I come to realize that the Acura Link technology is going to be obsolete on this vehicle. Thanks to Lance Dailey Muller's Acura is a unique experience. A clean and polished facility but so are others. What sets this store apart is that it is the complete package: easy to reach, pleasantly persistent, very knowledgeable, patient, transparent and an education approach to sales (an educated buyer is the best buyer for satisfaction, referrals and repeat business). Words cannot describe the 180 that Lance and Myles did after my horrible experience at mcgrath acura in morton grove. I was ignored, undervalued and pushed aside but when i walked into muller acura i was greated with the complete opposite.
