I called about a 2024 Honda Civic Touring talked to the Used Car Manager Tony Zaremba he was rude, abusive and made sure you knew no negotiation specifically this Add On called " Vin Etch " his pitch was if the car ever was stolen it would cover a $2500.00 deductible, no one has a deductible that high and they add $395.00 for this useless gimmick and thats all it is its a Gimmick and he made it clear he was not removing that Add On costs.( who steals a honda lol ) Took m... read more
