Brian was great to work with! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His low-key approach made for a very positive experience. I also appreciated my interactions with Tony(manager) and Mike(finance). Tony helped me get the price I sought and Mike took me through finance with no pressure or super gimmicky upsells one may be accustomed to at a dealership.
This is the 4th car I've purchased from Muller Honda and my experience was positive. Pawel, my salesman, spent time with me after the purchase to show me the features and I have his cell number if I have any questions later. All in all, it was a positive experience.
