Pawel was great to work with as always. I had a good experience with Muller. My only ask is that we could streamline the paperwork process. I would like to leave the dealership and return later to spend 15 minutes signing before going on my way.
Pawel Pieniazek was great, he was very patient and kind during the process. My only complaint was the guy in the end (finance office) when I was signing all the papers. He was rude and when I asked him to wait a couple minutes so I can call someone for help he had a huge attitude. He also yelled out with some temper.I was kind to him the whole time so his attitude was uncalled for. He was a shorter skinny younger guy with dark brown hair whom I don't remember the name of.
