I had a very negative experience working with Kurt Kim. He made a few extremely rude comments. Namely, he said that when he saw my husband and me he didn't understand what was going on and thought that I was my husband's aunt. His comment was completely unsolicited. Further, I was undergoing medical treatments at the time. Kurt was handed our sale and we simply needed to make the purchase that day--otherwise we would have never purchased our car through Kurt.
