This place is amazing and the owner is top notch. My husband found a pair of boots that he loved but they were a tad bit small around the width of the foot. The gentlemen had no problem stretching them for my husband. My husband was also looking for a belt and the owner found a print that he designed and showed my husband. My husband instantly fell in love. The owner cut the belt down and fit it to my husband. To top it off, he used the scrap piece to make a couple of keychains for my girls! I bought my first real cowboy boots at the Muleskinner. I have difficult feet but they had my size. They did need a bit of stretching which Bill did right on the spot. The store Is beautiful with lots of membrobelia and art work. Then there are the hats. It looked like they had a hundred or so of cowboy hats. Pam is wonderful but their adopted nephew has the big Ole country heart.
The best service & the best boots. Couldn't find a better place to look for a new pair!
Went there today with my boyfriend and the service we received from Bill and his wife was beyond words. Their products are by far the best we have seen and I would highly recommend this establishment to any and all looking to find quality boots, hats, gun holsters etc. Overall worth the drive in the snow from downriver MI. =)
