Great place and people. Most definitely the nicest people. I bought a pair of boots, got them home and decided I wanted a wide boot instead, they let me ship boots back and trade them for a wide pair and didn't even charge me return shipping. Excellent place and will go back even if it is almost a 3 hour drive. Thank you mule skinner boots.

You don't see very many mom and pop shops anymore so to see a western shop like this makes me happy. Wonderful, helpful, NICE people are hard to find now a days. The owner has been very rude both times I've been in there, even when I spent $670 on boots. He treated me as an inconvenience. He dosn't stand behind his products. Ye be warned.

He was not rude to you then. Then you came back and wanted to return them. Bill explained our store policy is exchange. He did offer to exchange them for work boots and another pair of less expensive western boots. You choose to keep the orginal pair you had selected. Which are beautiful.
