Joe Ybara was great! Actually met while he was employed by a competitor. His love of Nissan and his devotion to Mtn. View Nissan "drove" me to wait for him to start his career here. I appreciate his approach and his hard work. He even volunteered to "hand" me over to Nick when he was busy with another client. Nick also took great care of me. Service tech helpful but not pushy about extra work. I did buy a set of tires. I thought the price was competitive.

We were actually just looking to see what options we might have since we've recently received our Chapter 7 dismissal and had received a letter from the business. Since we were in the area shopping we decided to drop in to just browse. We met Joel and he told us let's see what we can do. I came to looking for the Rogue, 3rd row. Brandon showed me the rogue and I realized the 3rd row was not much room. I also let him know I was interested in a truck. First one he picked out I fell in love with. He was very patient with me and my family. Nissan was very busy Saturday, but he made sure we were taken care of.
It's always a good experience getting my sons car service @ Nissan.
Everyone involved with the issues I had with my truck went over the top.
