Booked a Valentine’s surprise and it turned out amazing. She was so impressed and loved it! The team worked very efficiently and clearly knows how to handle surprise setups professionally.

The customer service contacted me to explain that the flower colors would be different from the pictures due to stock, and could only make a similar arrangement. I completely understood and still loved it! The customer service was very attentive and professional.
Got a Valentine’s surprise and really loved it! The packaging was neat, with water at the bottom to keep the roses fresh. A few roses weren’t perfect, but that’s totally understandable for Valentine’s Day. Overall, I’m very happy with it!
