Beautiful flowers and great service. Bought it last summer and still love it.
The customer service contacted me to explain that the flower colors would be different from the pictures due to stock, and could only make a similar arrangement. I completely understood and still loved it! The customer service was very attentive and professional.
Got a Valentine’s surprise and really loved it! The packaging was neat, with water at the bottom to keep the roses fresh. A few roses weren’t perfect, but that’s totally understandable for Valentine’s Day. Overall, I’m very happy with it!

I strongly suggest indicating no substitutions when making an online order, because although they indicate theme and colour will be maintained, that is clearly not the case. I ordered a bouquet with purple in the title. The bouquet that arrived had zero purple. Beyond the colour, types of flower and the vase were changed. I ordered a deluxe bouquet and the one that arrived had less roses than the standard size advertised on their website. From looking at what I got, they were replaced by carnations.
