Highly Recommended Recently, your firm and staff were a pleasant surprise when I needed your services most. I was out of town when I received a notice from the City of Tallahassee of a water leak at my home. I returned late that night. Jason was at my home the next morning and spent much of the day diagnosing the problem, explaining what needed to be done, making recommendations, and even installing a new hot water heater and pressure release valve as quickly as possible so I could return that evening. Mr. Eric Boatright, Toni, and Justin Tillman did a great, excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
High Quality and Service After a horrible experience with another provider we called Mr. Rooter to see when they would be able to come out to do a dishwasher installation. The staff member who answered the phone was quite friendly, sympathetic, and very professional. We were able to get the service scheduled for the next day. Excellent Job I was so tired of everyone using my bathroom, because our other one was broken. Finally, I called Mr. Rooter of Tallahassee, and I'm so glad I did.
