To Mr. Rooter Plumbing Owners I'm very impressed with the service I received from Mr. Rooter plumbing and their team. When I called Mr. Rooter office, Ms Cassie was very nice customer service and follow up the job. Mr. Eric Boatright, Toni, and Justin Tillman did a great, excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Highly Recommended Recently, your firm and staff were a pleasant surprise when I needed your services most. I was out of town when I received a notice from the City of Tallahassee of a water leak at my home. I returned late that night. Jason was at my home the next morning and spent much of the day diagnosing the problem, explaining what needed to be done, making recommendations, and even installing a new hot water heater and pressure release valve as quickly as possible so I could return that evening. Mr. Rooter Plumbing is very friendly Mike of Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Tallahassee was very friendly, well trained. The owner also stopped in twice to check on status. I am very impressed with Mike and Mr Rooter.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is the best I couldn't be happier. Mr. Rooter Plumbing is the best! I needed a plumber at the last moment so sent out a text to all my Tallahassee friends. Two instantly replied with Mr. Rooter and spoke about how great they are. They were not exaggerating. Not only were they willing to come out quickly, everyone was super nice from Sheila answering the phone to Eric, the plumber. I will 100% call them first the next time I need a plumber and will refer them first the next time someone asks me for advice.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has a professional crew Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tallahassee, FL has absolutely gone out of their way to help us, even by writing letters to our home insurance company. Mr. Rooter is a family owned company that focuses on quality and honest workmanship. Their employees are always professional, honest and educated. Anyone with large or small plumbing issues should really put them at the top of the list to call.
