Outstanding job by Mr. Rooter who showed up on a Saturday re small amount of water in crawlspace, clogged rain drain/low point drain backflow valve slightly open due to sediment from street. Hydro-scrubbed/cabled lines, all clean and clear, backflow valve operational. THANKS, Mr. Rooter. Special thanks to Brian and Zack.
We had the reoccurrence of a drain line problem today. A plumber was out within an hour and made sure my washer doesn't overflow anymore. I was extremely impressed when I saw that they had cleaned up the backup for me, that was above and beyond in my book. And to top it off, it was covered by the year guarantee. All of the plumbers from this company that I have encountered have been friendly, professional, and thorough.
We recently used Mr. Rooter services as we had heard great comments from a friend. Chris arrived right on schedule. He was very friendly and very informative. We were going through a kitchen remodel and had him install our new kitchen faucet. I appreciated that he was also so kind to our overly friendly dog. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
The estimate process was painless .... and the price was (painless) what we expected. The water would back up at the washer and the bathroom sink was starting to slow, so I researched and found this service to be the best. Made the appointment and immediately and on time, they were here. Kevin was very friendly and we loved the chit chat we had. We felt very comfortable with his expertise and knowledge he had to offer. Totally recommend these guys. YAY .. we get new pipes :)

He went beyond the call of duty in fixing a fairly tangled problem, Excellent job of explaining what he was doing and what my options were. I will not hesitate in recommending them.
