RecommendedAlways have had a great experience with this company. The prices are fair too as your getting a highly trained and experienced plumber when they come.
Our basement toilet overflowed late one night. We stopped that but couldn't run water upstairs as it would raise the water level in the downstairs toilet. We asked if they could send someone out in the morning. I got a phone call at 7:30 and they were there by 9:00. Thank you Chris and Aaron for your professionalism, friendliness, and for keeping us informed every step of the way! We will definitely call again if we have other plumbing needs.

We purchased a new home that needed sewer work back in February 15th 2019. Mr. Rooter came in and did the work prior to our move, completed the sidewalk restoration, but never followed up with the city to get the final approval. After following up multiple times over the course of two months, they finally scheduled for the inspector to come in. Mike was super professional and knowledgeable, as well as super nice. Our house is for sale and I tried to pick a time for the service call that I didn't think anybody would come for a showing. He showed up promptly at 8 am. Wouldn't you know it, there was a showing at 9:30. He offered to finish up working on the toilet and then come back in the afternoon to work on the water heater, which he did, so that he wouldn't be there doing repairs while prospective buyers came through.
