Be very careful with their charges. Get everything up front, a detailed quote showing what would be done and how much they charge. Then decide if you'll use them We were overcharged horribly. $613 for less than 2 hours of work. They are not plumbers afterall. Get different quotes.
I had a very good experience. Our 70 years old plumbing was clogged because of food debris and laundry lint. My husband and I tried ourselves to unclog it and no luck. We called a few other people left messages, no response. I called Mr. Rooter and they were at my house in 30 mins. Estimate was a little high, but the fixed the problem were very kind courteous and everything was working perfectly when he left an hour later! Can't complain about that!!
