He arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and how to prevent the same issue from happening again. He was respectful of our home. We were very pleased with the outcome. Tree roots growing into your 150 foot sewer line, don't care that it's Easter Sunday when they block your line. Rented a 25', then a 50' snake before calling. GREAT service from their sister company Mr. Appliance of Cooper Mountain was the reason I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Portland. Not only did they show up within an hour of my call, but this level of professionalism after pulling them from an Easter afternoon, to scope and snake 88' of sewer line?.. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
We have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Portland over the years but to have plumbing problems in the middle of a pandemic was more worrisome. They were fantastic!
