Fabulous. Great attitude, dove right in. Had to crawl 60 feet under a manufactured home to check it out and then back again for the repair and he did it with a smile on his face. He was polite, professional and wonderful in general. I would definitely call them when I need a plumber and would recommend for anyone. No trumped up charges, whatever their fee chart says is what you pay. Thank you Nick for making my day brighter.

AVOID! I'm not going to waste my time going into the details. I picked these guys because I expected more from a national chain and was willing to pay a little more for it. They promised one thing, did a crappy job, and then upsell you to the next more expensive job. Then they did a crappy job at that, and upsell you to the next level. Once again, a crappy job with more upsell pressure. Followed up for 3 weeks trying to get promised service, then gave up. Ended up being the most expensive service I ever bought on a home. Jerome came out and was very knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to find the problem. His service was professional and I would highly recommend Mr.Rooter to my friends and family. The best thing was that he didn't just come in cold do his job and leave. Jerome made me feel like we were old friends and I look forward to working with him in the future. He even help my grandma to her room while I was doing this review. He is awesome.

I had plumbing issues back in April and called Mr. Rooter, they sent a tech out, fixed my problem and was given a veteran discount, which was much appreciated & a 6 year warranty on the work. My problem came back over the weekend, so I called the company who wanted to send a tech right out, but I told them it could wait until Monday. There was some mix up, so tech Devon showed up Tuesday as soon as I got home from work and Devon got me back opened again. I was really worried until Kevin came. What a relief. He was reassuring and knew his business. He proceeded with professionalism, confidence, and with a pleasant personality to boot. Thank you for the fabulous service. I called you because my Nana and Papa recommend you after they got outstanding service on a drain problem and now I have a plumber for life. The fix was fast and not too spendy, clean and explained to me in detail by my plumber.
