Mr. Rooter Las Vegas Plumbing I am Deaf. You took advantage of me by pretending to call your boss and get the quote. There was no dialogue between your employee and the manager over the phone.
Ty wasted my entire late morning/early afternoon today. My property manager scheduled him to perform a specific plumbing job in my home. He never even bothered to show up/call. Due to his lack of respect of my valuable time, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I had an appointment time frame scheduled. It was nice to receive a call from the dispatcher letting me know approximately when my technician would arrive and who it would be. His name was Brendan. Brendan arrived as promised by the dispatcher. He was very nice and courteous, and didn't mind my little dogs at the door to greet him as well.
